Some of my friends must have known that some time ago, WhatsApp launched a special application intended for PCs based on Windows and Mac. With this application, my friend will be easier to communicate via a PC without having to always hold a smartphone.
Want to know more about how to use it? Check out the easy steps below.
1. Surely your desktop PC or laptop uses the operating system Windows 8 and above or Mac OS X 10.9 and above.
2. Download the application through your PC on WhatsApp Download.
3. After the download is complete, run the application.
4. The WhatsApp application will ask you to scan the QR Code that appears on your PC screen. Easy to do Open the WhatsApp application on the smartphone, then enter Menu (for Android) or Settings (for iPhone), and select "WhatsApp Web".
5. After the scanner feature is active, navigate to the QR Code.
6. Applications on the PC will synchronize first for a few moments. And voila! You can now chat more comfortably without having to go back and forth to check your smartphone.
Please note that this application runs natively on the desktop so that users will have notifications that appear like on a smartphone. Just like WhatsApp Web, its nature is only as a mirroring, which means users still have to activate WhatsApp on a smartphone.
